Getting Started Walkthrough in Encompass
This article outlines essential setup steps for new Encompass users to prepare the system for safety and compliance management. ➜ Add some basic information about your company and its operations: Company Name, Address, DOT Number, etc.
Go to Settings > Company Info > Company Level Listing.

➜ If your Drivers will utilize the Encompass® ELD mobile application, ensure your company's Encompass ELD - Mobile Settings are properly set up.
Go to Settings > Encompass ELD Settings > Mobile Company Settings
In order for Drivers to use the application, you will need to set them up with a login. Go to Settings > Encompass ELD Settings > Mobile Users Logins.
