Add a Range of Logs

This article explains how to add a range of logs for a Driver in Encompass. To do so, navigate to Drivers > Roster or Drivers > Hours of Service, select the Driver, and open their Profile. From the Hours of Service tab, click the ellipsis next to View Hours of Service and select Add Range of Logs. Users can specify whether the logs are Off Duty or Inactive and select the date range for the logs. Once saved, a log entry is created for each date in the specified range, which can be viewed by adjusting the date filter in the log table.

To add a range of logs for a Driver, first locate the Driver in question. You can do so by going to Drivers > Roster, or Drivers > Hours of Service and clicking on the Driver's Name to open their Profile.

Then, from the Hours of Service tab in the driver's profile, click the three dots next to View Hours of Service. Next, click Add Range of Logs.

Select if this range of logs will be Off Duty or Inactive logs. Indicate the dates in which the logs will be added for. Click Save.

Now you will see a log for each date within the specified date range. (You may need to change the dates at the top of the log table to view logs from an earlier date.)
