Missing Admin Reports

This feature is only available to Team and Corporate (Enterprise) customers.

Are you unable to view the Admin reports in the Reporting Center (ie. User Login and Usage Report)? You may need to enable the feature in Settings.


Go to Settings, located in the drop-down next to your initials.


Click Feature Access.


Check the box next to Adminstration. Save.


Now, you should be able to see the Admin reports in the Reporting Center, such as User Login and Usage.
