Edit a Unit/Vehicle

This article explains how to edit Unit Details in Encompass® Vehicle Management. Users can locate a Unit by using the Find Unit search box or by browsing the List View. Once the desired Unit is found, select Edit next to the Unit Number, make the required updates, and click Save. A confirmation message will appear once the changes have been successfully applied.

To start, go to Vehicle Management > Units.

Find the unit by using the Find Unit search box or a list view.

Next to the Unit Number, click Edit.

Make the necessary changes and click Save. A successful message with then be shown.
