Running the Employee Log Report

This article explains how to generate the Employee Log Report in Encompass to view employee hours and logs over a specified date range. Users navigate to Drivers > Reports, scroll to the Hours of Service section, and select the Employee Log Report. Parameters such as Company Levels, Individual or Multiple Drivers, and Date Ranges can be set before running the Report. The Report is then downloaded as a PDF file for review. Additionally, the Employee Hours of Service Summary Report offers a weekly overview and can also be filtered by custom Date Ranges.

 

To start, go to Drivers > Reports.

Scroll to the Hours of Service section. Select Employee Log Report.

Next, you'll set your parameters/filters. In the example below, the report is being run for all employees at the selected company levels for the dates 11/1-11/30. The report will download to your device as a PDF file.
