Timesheets

This article explains the Timesheets functionality in Encompass®, which gives administrators and managers the ability to view, add, edit, and delete timesheet records for drivers who are not regulated by Hours of Service (HOS) rules. Timesheets are designed for drivers using the Encompass® DVIR mobile application who need to track working time for payroll purposes. This feature is not tied to Hours of Service regulations.

 

Note: Timesheets and Hours of Service are separate features. A driver in Encompass can be configured for one or the other, but not both simultaneously. This is determined by the Hours of Service Source rule set at the Company Level or Employee Level.
