The mal-alignment can happen if the truck with the ELD is called one thing in the real world, but the vehicle record is called something else in the system. Under Unit Alerts, find the alert "___ Unassigned ELDs" (Note: This alert will read as "ELD" whether you are using the AOBRD or ELD Mandate solution.)

To Assign the ELD to t...You can find out if there are any unassigned ELDs by viewing the Alert (in red and blue below), or by going to Drivers > Hours of Service > Unassigned ELDs tab (in green below). To Assign the ELD to the Vehicle Ensure this is the appropriate unit to assign this ELD to and click Assign ELD to Unit at the bottom of the flyout. When all of your units and ELDs are aligned, you will notice there is no alert for Unassigned ELDs.

In the example below, the Drivers with Critical Violations in Last 45 Days alert will display as a Priority alert, and show as a card in the Alerts Center. Additionally, the alert will display in the Alerts Bell, the admin will be emailed regarding any alerts, and will be notified in real-time if the alert is triggered for a driver.

See the "Customize My E-mail" below for the option of only having the system send email when there's an issue. You can set-up the system to email you alert notifications only when there is alert information.
