Uploading Forms
This article explains how to use the Forms feature in Leave Manager to upload, manage, and access both company and common Forms. Users can view and download available Forms, upload new documents by adding a title and optional description, and choose whether to display them on the Employee Center Dashboard. Uploaded Forms can later be edited, downloaded, or deleted as needed. It is important to note that Forms are not shared between Administrators and Group Members, so each role must upload their own files individually.
To start, click the Forms tab.

View/Download Forms
A list of Forms will display. Click the arrow to expand more information or download the specific form.

Upload a Form
Click +Upload Form.

Determine a Title for the form, and add a description if desired. Then, choose the file from your device. (Files may be documents or pdf files no larger than 5 megabytes (mb) in file size.) Additionally, check the box if you would like this form to be displayed on your Employee Center dashboard.
Click Submit when finished.

Now, your uploaded form will display in the Forms list. You can download, edit, or delete the form.

Important Note: Uploaded forms are not shared between the Administrator and the Group Member on the same account. The Admin and Group Member will need to upload their own forms individually.
