Reopen a Repair Order

Sometimes, you may need to reopen a repair order to add additional details. First, locate the repair order. Go to Vehicles > Maintenance > Repair Orders.

You can either click the Edit pencil to the right of the repair order, or click on the repair order number and click Edit in the Repair Order Information box.

Turn the toggle OFF next to Repair Order Completed. Then, click Save & Next.

Then, click Add Detail.

Select at least the Description of this additional detail, and fill out other information as applicable. Turn the toggle ON next to This Repair Order Detail is Complete. Save when finished.

You can then add other information to the repair order if needed. Once finished, click on the General section. (If you close out of this screen, you could also click Edit again in the Repair Order Information box.)

Turn the toggle back on next to Repair Order Completed, and enter the date of completion. Then, you can click the arrow next to Save & Next and select Save & Close to return to the repair order information screen.
