PM-A and PM-B Checklists
This article explains how to use PM-A and PM-B Checklists for Preventative Maintenance scheduling in Encompass®. Users can open the checklist document, copy the relevant sections, and paste them directly into the Unit Type Preventative Maintenance section within the Vehicle Settings page. These checklists provide predefined maintenance steps that can be customized to suit different Vehicle Types or Maintenance Programs, ensuring consistency and thoroughness in Preventive Maintenance routines.
PM-A and PM-B checklists are useful tools to copy/paste into your Preventative Maintenance schedules as needed.
Simply open the document and copy the sections needed. Go to your Encompass Vehicle Settings page and open Unit Type Preventative Maintenance to paste as your Checklist.
