Encompass Release (12/04/2024)

• The feature enables the driver to no longer have to complete the application in one session

• Drivers can save a partially completed application and receive a PIN number that they can use to access their

saved application when they return.

Issue was corrected that caused and error when a user went to the In Progress tab and clicked on the Apply

Screening Process link at the top of the Applicant’s record. (The error also occurred in the other tabs as well;

Prequal Checklist, Reapplicants, and Unassigned Applicants)

Added a missing Delete icon in the Unit Hour Meter History Record in Vehicles, there was only an edit icon and

now the delete icon has been added.

The description on the report incorrectly stated, “For E-DVIR app users only” and was changed to “For ELD app

users only”.

Fixed a problem where past due PMs were not showing. Now they are showing and highlighted when they are past due.

Corrected an issue with PM Past Due that caused units with a Due Date set to NA to show on the past due table for

PM Due, Due in 30, Due in 60.  Now they correctly won’t show in past due but will display in the PM All Tab.  PM will

also not be highlighted in the Unit Maintenance Card.

The change that was made was to not allow a user to enter a Due Date that is before the Last Completed Date

on PMs that are recurring. This will prevent users from manually updating the Due Date and the PMs not showing

on the PMs Due because the last completed date is greater than the Due Date.
