Encompass Release (11/20/2024)

Area Description Reference ID
Login

Modified the process related to mobile message handling as a large message request temporarily caused 500 errors

that were temporarily experienced by some users when they logged in.

153425
Credit Card Security

An enhancement was made to prevent credit card numbers from being entered into the cardholders name field.  This

is a next level of security to prevent users from accidently entering this data and it having a higher risk of being exposed.

Missing DVIR Logic

A previous fix (116561) was completed and fixed a few issues with missing DVIRs, but this fix corrects additional items.  The

additional conditions are:

•Log (manually entered or ELD tracked) has Distance (Miles or KMs) (where driver has accepted log changes where

manually entered)

•Unit code (Log with miles/kms) MATCHES Unit Code (Unit Side)

•And there is NO DVIR record for that date

This creates a record to track the missing DVIR and it shows up as a RED date on the Unit's DVIR listing.

132130
VT Breadcrumb History

Corrected an issue on the Live Map for a unit code GeoTab that caused a spinning circle to be display where the driver

hours available is supposed to be.  Eliminate the spinning circle since no hours should be displayed for GeoTab, VT as a

tracker or camera as a tracker.

152300
PM Past Due

Fixed a problem that caused units to show in the past due or due in 30 list when no Last Completed Date was filled in or

completed.

153513
Login 500 Error

The fix was previously deployed for this, but documenting it here.  Users were experiencing 500 errors upon logging in and

waiting for the dashboard to load.

153525
PM Past Missing Data

A problem was corrected that caused maintenance items that were due to not be shown or highlighted.  A simple UI issue

was causing them not to display and has been corrected.

153553
Random selection Part 382

A problem was fixed that included employees in the random selection pool even when they were flagged to not be

included as part of 382.

153612
Deleting Go Devices

A previous fix (138291) was sent out to correct a related problem, but didn’t fix everything.  This correction fixed the

final error that was “There was an error deleting the device serial number. Please try again.” The system will now allow

the user to delete a GoDevice that has been terminated in GeoTab and remove it from Encompass with no error.
