View the MVR Requests Roster

In Encompass, the Driver Qualification page has a MVR Requests tab where you can see the list of MVR Requests.

In order to see this tab, the Encompass user must also have the DQ MVR Request role applied. (See User Roles for more information on editing roles.)

To access MVR Requests, go to Drivers > Driver Qualification.

Then, select the MVR Requests tab.

Here you will see details about the employees, the report date, what type of request it was, the request status, etc. The Request Status column will indicate what phase the MVR request is in (Ordered, Completed, Errored [if any errors were found], etc.) Hover over an employee's line to View the report details.
