Scanned Log - Three Step Process
We've consolidated the steps for you down to three main areas:
- Scanning (view guide) - We offer a Web-based scanning station. You can either upload files from a computer or use a scanner to directly scan documents in. These scanned documents are sent into the Verification Station for step 2...
- Verifying (view guide) - This is possible with a local software that will allow you to review and verify each log. The software works with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to identify marks within the log to detect where and whether violations exist. Once the logs are verified, you can export them to the Encompass® system.
- Viewing (view guide) - Scanned Logs are sent to the Encompass® system and added to Employee Log records. You can view the data, the images and handle any duplicates found.
