Once a remote user is entered, you must assign the correct postings by clicking the box in front of their name and selecting Assign Posters.
A screen will display showing all posters that have been Assigned to the remote user and Available posters to assign to the user. Click and drag the needed posters to the Assigned column. This will assign the poster to the remote user.
Any posters listed here are determined by the State and Zip Code of the Remote User as entered into Employment Law Poster Management Center when the Remote User was added. The State determines any state level posters, and the Zip Code determines any local posters.
