View Driver Details & Events

One way to view details, Video Events, Insights, and Comments associated with a specific driver is by going to the Drivers tab. Click on a driver to see details.

The Video Events tab displays all video events triggered for that driver, based on the timeframe selected from the dropdown (ie. Last 7 Days). Click on a Video Event to go to its Details page.

The Insights tab displays the driver's Score history.

The Comments tab displays any pertinent comments made about the driver. You can click +Comment to add a new comment. These are not visible to the driver. However, comments made by a driver on their end of a video dispute will display here.
