View Driver Details & Events
The Driver Details page in VideoProtects® provides a centralized view of Driver-specific information, including Video Events, Training, Insights, and Comments. From this page, users can review a Driver’s triggered Video Events, enroll them in recommended Training Courses, and track progress on assigned Training. The Insights tab shows Score History to monitor Performance trends, while the Comments tab allows managers to document Notes or view Driver Dispute Comments. This tool supports proactive coaching and oversight by consolidating key Driver activity and Performance data in one place.
Start by going to the Drivers tab. Click on a Driver's name to see details.
Video Events
The Video Events tab displays all Video Events triggered for that Driver, based on the timeframe selected from the dropdown (ie. Last 7 Days). Click on a Video Event to go to its Details page.
Training
The Training tab will display the Learner's (Driver's) active and completed enrollments.
Recommended Training Courses will appear in the Recommended Training section of the Driver Details page based on the Video Events being generated by the Driver. For example, if the Driver is triggering Cell Phone Video Events, you may see the Cell Phones Corrective Action Course as a recommendation.
Click the Quick Enroll button to enroll the Driver in the selected course. If the Driver is currently enrolled in the course, the button will indicate that.
Insights
The Insights tab displays the Driver's Score History.
Comments
The Comments tab displays any pertinent comments made about the Driver. You can click +Comment to add a new comment. These are not visible to the Driver. However, comments made by a Driver on their end of a video dispute will display here.
