Reporting Center for Incidents

Select Reporting Center from the left-side navigation.

Filter the Incidents reports by clicking the Incidents tab.

Reports available for Incidents are:

• All Incident Records-Current Year
• All Incident Records-Previous Year
• Incident DART & Safety Statistics by Month
• Incident DART & Safety Statistics by Year
• Non-Recordable Incidents - Current Year
• Non-Recordable Incidents - PreviousYear
• OSHA Recordables by Time of Day - Current Year
• OSHA Recordables - Current Year
• OSHA Recordables-Previous Year
• OSHA Recordables Requiring Days Away - Current Year
• OSHA Recordables Requiring Job Restrictions - Current Year
• Recordable Incident Summary

Select Generate PDF or Generate CSV to run the report. (Some reports can only be generated in one file type.)
