Managing User Access in SMS

Account Administrators for SMS Teams and Corporate Accounts can manage user access directly within SMS. This includes adding new users and removing access for existing users.

Notes before you begin:

  • You must be logged in as an Account Administrator.
  • User access changes do not affect billing or the primary account Subscriber.

Access User Settings

First, click the small arrow to the right of your initials in the upper-right corner. Then click Settings.
