Computer Requirements for Online Training
To ensure full course functionality, your computer will need to meet or exceed the following requirements:
General
- Windows 11, Mac OS 12 ( Monterey) or higher
- Persistent, high-speed internet connection with at least 1.5Mbps download speed
- Speakers or headphones
- Pop-up blockers must be disabled
- JavaScript must be enabled
- Cookies must be allowed
- Adobe Acrobat Reader 10 or higher
Windows System Requirements (64 bit)
- 1.5GHz or faster processor
- Windows 11 (64 bit), Windows 10 (64 bit) version 1809 or later, Windows Server 2016 (64 bit), or Windows Server 2019 (64 bit)
- 2GB of RAM
- 900 MB (English) of available hard disk space
- 1 GB (Other Languages) of available hard disk space
- 1024x768 screen resolution
Web Browsers that best support HTML5
- Windows: Microsoft Edge (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
- Mac: Safari (latest version), Google Chrome (latest version), Firefox (latest version)
- Mobile: Safari in Apple iOS 16,17 or later, Google Chrome in Apple iOS 16, 17 or later, Google Chrome in Android OS 11 or later
Email Spam Blockers
The Training Portal generates a number of emails to communicate course enrollment and forgotten password requests.
If you do not receive an email, it is possible that your email provider has blocked the email as spam. Many email programs provide a "white list" or "safe sender list". Email addresses on this list will not be considered to be spam.
Add fleetmentor@jjkeller.com or trainingonlinesupport@jjkeller.com to this list to ensure that email from the training portal arrive in your inbox, not your junk mail.
