FMLA Manager Workaround for Concurrent Leave Requests

Some states allow state leave requests to be run concurrently with one another. The below guidance serves as a current 'workaround' to complete these concurrent leave requests in FMLA Manager.

Step 1:

Create Case 1 for the first state program and, if concurrent with Federal, add in the Federal leave reason. Process the leave request as usual.

Step 2:

Create Case 2 for the second state program, but do not include the Federal leave reasons or hours.

Note: If leave dates change they will need to be updated in both leave cases
