Encompass Release (02/12/2025)

To enable customers the ability to chat with support prior to logging into the application, the Chat capability

that is within the Encompass application has been made available on the login page.

When printing out the SPH form in the previous version it was only 2 pages and when it was recreated it

expanded to 3 pages.  It has now been reformatted to fit 2 pages again.

Previously, the user could only select from the items listed for Description and Repair Reason; they could

not add or comment which made it difficult to look up later.  Example: if you entered a PM, that is all you

could list, you couldn’t add brakes etc. so, if you are looking up brake repairs you have to open each repair

order to find brakes. Now the modal has been modified with a + sign next to the fields to let you add/list pm

and brakes in the detail so when looking up a particular repair you can see it in the repair order detail and

not have to open each repair to find it.

When in the Driver Roster, if Export to Excel is selected an additional modal is displayed asking the user if

they would like to export the information Unmasked and due to PII protection it asks them to enter a reason

for unmasking.

The issue was that the Odometer settings were not set to the defaults when units were imported.  This

caused an error to be displayed when trips were added.

Performance problem fixed to enable the emails to be generated and sent more quickly.

Fixed an issue where the company purge process would throw errors if a driver had events and was moved

to another company.  An internal conflict prevented the execution and was corrected.

Changed the system to only offer dates to assign the events to that are the log date of the event since that

is the only valid day for the data.

The problem was in Settings>Mobile Device List> when the user selected Export to Excel.  The button

turns grey as if it was selected, but nothing would happen and now the issue has been fixed so the list can

be exported.

A special case was missed in a previous PM fix that even though a PM is entered with a due date in the

future, but a completion date in the past, it was still showing as due.  It is now properly handled and the

PM no longer shows as due.

Corrected a broken truck error when Advanced Filtering was selected and values were entered into any

of the following fields: Idle Time, Num Occurrences, Most Recent Hard Brake, Occurrences Hard Brake,

Most Recent Over RPM, Minutes Over Threshold, Most Recent Over Speed, Minutes Over Speed.

The new grid log wasn’t properly displaying the current status/time at the current time and the totals were

missing.

The max number of duplicates was 50 and the move was stopped rather than just noting the conflicts

and still allowing the move.  The max was moved up to 200 since the case that was found is a rare condition.

The problem was that when adding a Repair Order to a PM Maintenance Item from the PM Due Card on

the Unit File Maintenance page, the new Repair Order wouldn’t appear on the Repair Orders card unless

the user manually refreshes the page.

A problem was corrected that when a user entered license endorsements for a driver and the removes the

endorsements, the Company ID for the removed endorsements isn’t updated during a move of that employee.

  The result of this was that the company purge would fail due to the mismatch in these records.

Issue fixed was that when a user went to Applicant Attachments and Applicant Prequal Attachment records

and tried to Add, Edit, or Move and attachments the 500 Broken Truck Error was displayed and none of the

actions were allowed.
