Analytics in Encompass
This article explains how to access and view CSA-related data within the Analytics section of Encompass. The CSA Driver Scores and CSA Fleet Scores pages display FMCSA-sourced information once a DOT Number is linked. These pages are read-only, with no editing capabilities, but users can export data to Excel or apply Advanced Filters for further analysis. Additionally, the Driver Roadside Inspections page allows for manual entry of Roadside Inspections in Encompass, either at the company or employee level, while still offering export and filtering options. Overall, these tools serve as display and reporting resources for third-party data provided by the FMCSA.
From the left side navigation bar, click Analytics.
The CSA Driver Scores page displays data sourced directly from the FMCSA once a DOT Number has been linked pertaining to Drivers and their CSA Scores. This information is read-only and cannot be edited within the system. Users have the option to export the data to Excel for analysis or use Advanced Filters to filter the data; however, the page itself functions solely as a display of third-party data provided by the FMCSA.
