Driver Qualification Rules

Is required to meet DOT qualifications should be checked if the Encompass administrators and users should be alerted to any items regarding employee's Driver Qualification file.  Having this box unchecked doesn't inhibit report ability of driver qualification items, but it won't alert users if there are any items that require attention within the Driver Qualification file.
