Step 01: Establish Geotab and Encompass Accounts    

1. Work with your Geotab reseller to create a “service account.” This connects your Geotab and Encompass account*.
2. Order GO devices.
3. Watch for your Welcome email from Encompass that contains your user name and password.You will need these to set up your driver and unit information. Encompass is the master system for drivers and units so entering them into Encompass first is required. Data will transfer automatically into your My.Geotab portal.

* If you already have a My.Geotab account, work with your reseller to move data into Encompass.
