Step 02: Verify Geotab Hardware

Check to make sure you have the correct adapters to fit your units’ diagnostic ports, and that you have the same number of GO devices as the number of IOX cables and USB smart device cables. If you are missing GO devices, USB and/or IOX cable, please call your Geotab Reseller.
