Resend a Course Announcement/Reminder in TMC
This article explains how to resend a Course Announcement or Course Reminder to a Learner for an E-Learning Course or Curriculum in TMC. From the E-Learning Course catalog or Curriculum catalog, locate and open the desired E-Learning Course or Curriculum information page, select the Learner(s), and click the Notify button. Choose whether to send a Course Announcement or Course Reminder, with an option to also email the Learner’s secondary email address if available. The process ensures Learners receive timely communication about their assigned E-Learning Courses or Curriculums.
eLearning Courses
First navigate to the E-Learning Course information page. Go to Catalog > E-Learning Courses.

Locate the course and click to open its information page.

Check the box(es) next to the Learner(s) to resend a notification to.

Then, click the Notify button.

Choose to send a Course Announcement or Course Reminder.

A pop up will appear confirming the Course Announcement or Course Reminder will be sent to the Learner's primary email address. Click Send. (Check the box if you would also like to send the notification email to the Learner's secondary email address, if set up.)


Curriculums
First navigate to the Curriculum information page. Go to Catalog > Curriculums.

Locate the Curriculum and click to open its information page.

Check the box(es) next to the Learner(s) to resend a notification to.

Then, click the Notify button.

Choose to send a Course Announcement or Course Reminder.

A pop up will appear confirming the Course Announcement or Course Reminder will be sent to the Learner's primary email address. Click Send. (Check the box if you would also like to send the notification email to the Learner's secondary email address, if set up.)

Note: The enrollment email will display only the temporary password. If the password field is empty, it indicates that the Learner has already accessed the learning center and updated their password. Should the Learner forget their updated password, you may generate a temporary password on their behalf.
