Select Tasks on the left hand side.




Adding a New Task

Click Add New to add a new task.


Enter any required fields denoted by a red asterisk (*) and any of the optional fields. Tasks can be assigned to other Safety Management Suite users at your company by selecting them in the Assigned To drop-down menu. Note: An email notification will be sent to the assignee letting them know they've been assigned a task.

Click Save when all needed fields have been completed.




Resolving a Task

Once a task has been completed, it can be Marked as Resolved from the main Tasks page. Simply click Mark Resolved beneath the task to indicate it has been completed.




Reporting Center for Tasks

Select Reporting Center from the left-side navigation.



Filter the Tasks reports by clicking the Tasks tab.

Reports available for Tasks are:

  • Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) - All Open

Select Generate PDF or Generate CSV to run the report.
