Managing Tasks
Click Tasks in the left navigation menu to begin adding and managing your Tasks.
Adding a New Task
Click Add New to add a new task.
Enter any required fields denoted by a red asterisk (*) and any of the optional fields. Tasks can be assigned to other Safety Management Suite users at your company by selecting them in the Assigned To drop-down menu. Note: An email notification will be sent to the assignee letting them know they've been assigned a task.
Click Save when all required and other desired fields have been completed.
Resolving a Task
Once a Task is assigned and a user is ready to resolve the task, they can Edit the task and change the Status to Complete.
Or, it can be marked resolved from the main Tasks grid. Click the "three dots" next to the desired task and select Mark Resolved.
