Expert Help
The Expert Help tool in Leave Manager allows you to ask questions and receive answers from J. J. Keller® industry Experts.
To access Expert Help, you can either scroll to the bottom of the dashboard and click Contact an Expert, or access the feature in the dropdown next to your name.
Submit a Question
To submit a question, click Submit a Request.
Enter the requested details for your question. Click Submit when finished.
Request History
To view a history of questions you have asked, click My Request History.
