Accident Roster

This article explains how to access and navigate the Accident Roster in FleetMentor. Users can view all accident records by selecting ACCIDENTS/INCIDENTS under the Drivers tab or via Add/View Accidents. The roster allows searching by Accident Number, Driver, or Closest City/Town, and filtering by Date Range, Location, Fatalities, Injuries, and Hazmat spills. Filters remain active while in the accident area but reset upon navigation or sign-out, helping users quickly locate specific accident records based on relevant criteria

Navigate to the Accidents Roster anywhere by selecting the Drivers tab and selecting ACCIDENTS/INCIDENTS or Add/View Accidents:

Looking for a specific accident record?  Use search functionality to search by Accident Number, Driver, or Closest City/Town of an Accident as specified within an accident record.

Need to find accident record(s) meeting specific data points? Select  to filter by Date Range, Location, Fatalities, Injuries, and if Hazmat was spilled. Please note, filters will remain applied as long as you are in the accident area; once you navigate away or sign out, filters will be cleared.
