Accident Feature Overview

This article outlines how FleetMentor supports efficient accident management through a suite of tools. Users can view the Accident Roster to search and filter accident records, and add detailed accident records including road conditions, damage, involved vehicles, passengers, and supporting documents. The DOT Post-Accident Wizard helps determine if an accident is DOT recordable and identifies required follow-up actions, while the DOT Accident Registry Report will soon allow users to generate lists of recordable accidents within a set timeframe. Additionally, Accident Claim Tracking enables management of financial losses, claim events, and associated supporting documentation, centralizing all accident-related information for easy access and recordkeeping.
