Deactivating Geotab Vehicle Tracking Hardware

This article provides instructions for deactivating a Geotab® GO9™ Vehicle Tracking Device. Users must download and complete the Geotab® GO9™ Device Release Form, then email it to support@jjkeller.com. It is important to note that once a device is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated—a new device must be purchased to resume tracking.

Note: Once a Geotab® GO9™ Device is deactivated, it cannot be reactivated. To resume vehicle tracking, a new device will need to be purchased.
