Video Events	Previously, the Driver View Obstructed event type was triggered by either the camera detecting a low light source (mechanical trigger) or the camera being unable to detect the driver's face (AI trigger). Now these scenarios will be split into two different event types: a new event type called Lens Covered will be triggered when the camera does not detect enough light coming through the lens, and Driver View Obstructed events will trigger when the camera cannot detect the driver's face.	122855
