Encompass Release (8/14/2024)

Updated version of Trimble Maps.  Update includes cursor sensitive zooming, add landmark from the map, and add geofence to

landmark from the map.

Fixed messaging issue when enrolling students without an email.  The error message stated that an email and secondary email

is required and the message was adjusted to remover the secondary email statement.

Corrected a 500 error when deleting a GoDevice due to a timeout.  The process timeout was fixed and the user is informed that

the process takes a few minutes and a toast message is provided in the lower right corner to inform the user.

Resolved a problem in a company that had Canadian rules enabled, the driver is exempt from ELD, and the admin creates a

manual log.  When the log was created the vehicle and trailer plate numbers were overwritten.

An issue was found and fixed where the PM past due rosters were empty even though some units should be displayed. A nightly

process was failing to complete at times so the data couldn't refresh.

An import of employees was not informing the user of duplicate Driver's License #.  Now the employee is imported, but not the

mobile user and the admin is given a message that "Mobile user login for Employee Code XXXXX was not created.  The 

provided license number conflicts with an existing record."

A 500 error was given when moving an employee from one company to another.  The issue was caused when the employee

code already existed in the new company and the user is now given a message that "The employee code already exists".
