Fixed bug that would cause the Save Buttons to not display when a user added a new test result on the Pre-Employment Test

Program.

Edit All option on the Maintenance Checklist didn't honor dates entered if the item was turned off for a certain job class.

The Tax and Totals were not calculated and displayed properly when Save and Add Transaction was selected.  The tax was

displayed as a percentage and caused the calculation to be wrong

When Save & Upload Attachments was used in the DQ Maintenance item, the dates that were entered were not saved

When a user Clears Unassigned Events, if annotations were entered they were not being saved or display in the roster

In the Maintenance Checklist, if the Date Interval is set to (not Specified) for an item, if the user selected the Edit All option 

then the dates entered for those items were not saved.

When sending logs was selected, an issue was corrected that caused the attachments not to send.

Intermittent errors were encountered by users when downloading attachments, "Failed to load pdf document".  This error was 

fixed but we are continuing to work on attachments and suspect that there are other areas that need to be fixed also.

Fixed and issue with the display of units with Missing DVIRs - 90 Days.  If a unit had an ELD removed and being used in a

different unit it was falsely included in the calculation and displayed in the list.
