CSA Setup
The article provides an overview of the FMCSA’s Compliance, Safety, Accountability (CSA) program and how its data can be integrated into Encompass for improved monitoring of commercial motor vehicle safety and compliance. CSA data is accessible in the Analytics tab once the company’s DOT Number is entered in Encompass under Company Settings. The process involves navigating to Company DOT Numbers, adding the DOT Number, and saving it, with additional support available for setup if needed. After the DOT Number is entered, in order for the CSA data to sync and flow through to Encompass, you'll need to contact our Support Team.
CSA data can be pulled into Encompass and is found in the Analytics tab from the left side navigation bar.

In order for Encompass to pull the CSA data from the FMCSA, the DOT Number with the FMCSA must be entered within Encompass.
To add the DOT Number, go to your Settings by clicking the arrow in the upper right corner.

Then click Company DOT Numbers under Company Info.
*Note: If the account is a virtual setup, you need to be logged into the top Company Level to be able to manage DOT Numbers. You won't see the link for Company DOT Numbers if you aren't at the top Company Level.

Click the Add New button from the fly out on the right.

Enter in the DOT Number in the field provided. Click Save.

IMPORTANT: After you've saved the DOT Number, in order for the CSA data to sync and flow through to Encompass, you'll need to contact our Support Team at 1-800-327-1342, which is shown in Encompass in the image above. You can also email the Support Team at support@jjkeller.com.
