Changing your Encompass Password

This article explains how users can change their password in Encompass. To update a password, navigate to Setup from the drop-down menu, then select Change My Password under the Maintain My Account section. Users must enter their current password, input the new password, confirm it, and click Save to complete the change. This ensures account security and maintains access to Encompass tools.

From the drop down menu in the upper right, select Setup.

In the first box in the right hand column called Maintain My Account, select Change my Password.

Enter your current password, the new password you'd like to use, and re-enter that new password to confirm it.  Click Save.
