Courses
VideoProtects integrates with the J. J. Keller Training Management Center to assign Drivers Corrective Action Training based on triggered Video Events. The Courses page lists all available Training options, showing enrollment counts and Learner Statuses such as In Progress, Not Started, Past Due, Failed, or Completed. Users can search for Courses, view Course Details, and enroll Drivers by setting Due Dates, Reminders, and Minimum Passing Scores. Drivers receive email notifications with login credentials to complete the Training, and Administrators can manage active or completed enrollments, send Reminders, or re-enroll Learners as needed. This system helps ensure targeted Corrective Training is efficiently assigned and tracked.
The Courses page lists all the available Corrective Action Training course options available for your Drivers to take. Access the Courses page in the side navigation panel under Training.

The page will list each available course, along with a count of Learners (Drivers) with active enrollments for each. An active enrollment means any enrollment that is in the In Progress, Not Started, Past Due, or Failed status. For definitions of these statuses, see Enrollment Statuses.

Search for a specific course using the search box in the Corrective Action Course Title column header, or filter for a specific number of active enrollments using the filter in the Active Learners header.

Course Details
Click on a Corrective Action Course Title in the Courses list to view the Course Details. The Course Details page gives you a brief description of the course, estimated duration, and the ability to enroll new Learners (Drivers) in the selected course as well as view the current Learners (Drivers).

Enroll Learners
Click the Enroll button to add a new Learner (Driver) to the course.

You will be prompted to select the Learner(s) (Driver(s)) you want to enroll in the selected training course. Select 1 or more Learners (Drivers) using the checkboxes. You can also search for specific Learners (Drivers) by name, email, or location using the Search option. Once Learners (Drivers) have been selected, click the Next Step button.

Now you will need to set Enrollment Details. Select a Course Due Date, a Send Reminder option, and a Minimum Passing Score.
- Course Due Date – The Learner (Driver) will be notified that they need to complete the course by this date.
- Send Reminder – The Learner (Driver) will automatically receive a reminder email to complete the course at the chosen interval before the due date.
- Minimum Passing Score – If the Learner (Driver) finishes the course with a score less than this, they will be considered Failed and need to take the course again until they receive a passing score.
Once you click the Enroll button, the Learner(s) (Driver(s)) will be enrolled in the course. The Learner(s) (Driver(s)) will receive an email letting them know which course they’ve been enrolled in and the due date for the course, along with the Username and Password they can use to access and complete the training in the JJK Training Portal.
For guidance on completing the training courses, see Learning Center - J. J. Keller Support Center.
