Resend a Course Announcement/Reminder in SMS
This article explains how to resend a Course Announcement or Reminder to a Learner in Safety Management Suite. This process ensures Learners receive timely communication about their assigned courses.
To start, go to Training > Online Courses.

Identify the course that the Course Announcement or Reminder is applicable to by either putting a checkmark in front of the course title or by using the search feature and typing in the course title.

Click on the 3 dots in front of the title and then click Resend Notifications.

From the Resend Notification Type drop down, select either Announcement or Reminder depending on your needs.

From the Send notifications to drop down, select from your list of emails in the system or send notifications to other email addresses.
- Announcements and Reminders will be sent to the "Work Email" saved for each Learner (in their employee record). For Learners WITHOUT a work email, you'll select a Coordinator or provide the email address of the person who will coordinate notifications.

Then under the Select Learners section, choose the Learner(s) who should receive the Course Announcement or Reminder by clicking on + Add Filter or by putting a checkmark in the box in front of their name. Click the green Resend Notifications or Resend Reminders button once Learners have been selected.
