Project Available Leave
This article explains how to use the Project Available Leave feature in Leave Manager to calculate an employee’s remaining FMLA Leave. Access the feature from the Reports tab, select the employee, choose a “Leave as of” date, and enter the employee’s average weekly hours. Clicking Calculate generates a pop-up displaying the employee’s currently available Leave based on previously scheduled time. This tool helps Administrators quickly determine Leave eligibility and manage workforce planning.
Go to the Reports tab to locate the Project Available Leave feature.


Select the Employee in question.

Select a "Leave as of" date and enter the average number of hours the employee worked per week. Then, click Calculate.

A pop-up will appear displaying available leave for the employee.
