Supporting Document(s)
This article explains how to use the Supporting Document(s) feature in FleetMentor to centrally store and manage Maintenance and Inspection Records for Vehicles. Users navigate to a Vehicle’s Supporting Docs tab to upload electronic files, assign them to a Document Type, or add them as independent entries using the Add Line Item option. The system supports uploading up to 10 files at a time, tracks upload status, and allows for labeling documents for easy identification. Uploaded files are indicated with a paperclip icon and display the last updated date, providing quick visibility and access to records. This feature ensures that important documents are organized, easily accessible, and viewable across the company.
