Manage Drivers

This article explains how to manage and navigate the Driver Roster in FleetMentor. Users can view all Active and Inactive Drivers, filter the roster by status, Company, Location, Department, or Job Title, and quickly locate specific Drivers using the Search toolbar by name, ID, or location. The article emphasizes efficient organization and retrieval of Driver information, supporting better tracking and reporting. Key tools and features include the Driver Roster, Filter options, and Search toolbar, which are accessible from the Drivers > Manage Drivers menu.

From the Home Page, go to Drivers > Manage Drivers.

The Driver Roster will then be displayed. The Driver Roster displays all Active and Inactive Drivers.

If you want to filter out the Inactive Drivers, click on the Filter option and select Active. Additional Filter options are available to separate Drivers using Company, Location, Department, and Job Title.

Searching for information can be done using the Search toolbar. Users can search for Driver Name, ID #, and Location from this toolbar. Enter your search word and click Enter. The view will only display entries that meet your search criteria.To clear your search, remove the contents of the Search toolbar and click Enter to refresh the view.
