Customize the Homepage
This article explains how to customize the Home Page in FleetMentor to improve efficiency and highlight critical processes. Users can personalize Dashboard Widgets by selecting up to 4 key metrics, such as Past Due Alerts or Total Drivers/Vehicles, via the Customize option on the Home Page banner. Similarly, Quick Links can be tailored for Drivers, Vehicles, and Resources, allowing one-click access to frequently used features. Changes are saved by clicking Save & Close, creating a more streamlined and user-focused experience.
Widgets
You can find the Dashboard Widgets in the image banner on the Home Page.
To customize the Dashboard Widgets, locate the Customize option on the Home Page banner. The banner image may change over time but the Customize option remains in the same place.
As a User, you may want to have immediate information around Past Due Alerts and/or Total Drivers/Vehicles for example. You can select up to (4) Widgets to appear on your Home Page. At least (1) Widget must be selected. When you're finished, click the Save & Close button.
Quick Links
You can find the Quick Links in the body of the Home Page.
To customize the Quick Links, locate the Customize option on the Home Page banner. The banner image may change over time but the Customize option remains in the same place.
The Quick Links allow you to personalize your experience when using FleetMentor. They provide a one-click navigation option to critical processes and features based on your business needs. Select up to (4) options from each category: Drivers, Vehicles, and Resources. When you're finished, click the Save & Close button.
