Add Hiring Sources
This article explains how to track and manage Hiring Sources for Drivers in FleetMentor. Adding this information helps monitor where Drivers are recruited from and provides historical insight when Drivers leave and return. Users can add Hiring Sources directly in a Driver’s Employment History section or manage multiple sources via Edit Profile > Manage Custom Data > Driver. New sources can be added individually or in batches using the Add Another option, and saved for future reference.
In the Driver's "General" information, you can add Hiring Source details under the Employment History section.

You can add more Hiring Sources by clicking the plus sign button next to the Hiring Source drop down (seen above in the image to the right), or by going to the dropdown next to your initials and selecting Edit Profile.

Select Manage Custom Data in the left menu.

Select Driver under Manage Custom Data.

Then click the Add Hiring Source button in the Hiring Sources section.

After clicking Add Hiring Source, you'll select the Type and add a Source Name. You can add more than one Hiring Source at a time by selecting the Add Another button, if desired. Click Save when finished.
