Requesting Logs

Historical logs can be requested within the Encompass® ELD application and be emailed to the driver.

 

From the dashboard, select the Menu in the upper right corner. Then, tap System Menu.

Select File.

Select Request Logs.

Enter the email address the log/s should be sent to.  Toggle on Remember Me to store the email address. The date range will default to the last 6 months of logs; you can change this if needed. Tap Submit.

An alert will be displayed letting the driver know that the logs could take 24 hours to receive their logs.  Tap OK.
