Requesting Logs
This article outlines how Drivers can request historical logs through the Encompass® ELD mobile application and have them emailed. From the Dashboard, users navigate to Menu > System Menu > File > Request Logs, then enter an email address, adjust the date range if necessary (default is the past 6 months), and submit the request. The system can remember the email for future use, and logs may take up to 24 hours to arrive. The process applies to both Android and iOS devices.
From the dashboard, select the Menu in the upper right corner. Then, tap System Menu.

Enter the email address the log/s should be sent to. Toggle on Remember Me to store the email address. The date range will default to the last 6 months of logs; you can change this if needed. Tap Submit.

An alert will be displayed letting the driver know that the logs could take 24 hours to receive their logs. Tap OK.
