Using the Support Center
The J. J. Keller Support Center is an easy-to-use tool with a plethora of guidance articles, videos, and other resources to help with learning how to effectively utilize our products.
Access Support Center In-Product
Within each product itself, there is a link that takes you directly to the product's respective support center.
Examples:
Encompass takes you to: https://support.jjkeller.com/Encompass_Suite. From here, you can select the appropriate section where you need support. (ie. VideoProtects in Encompass support is located in that specific section. Encompass-specific guidance is located in the Encompass section. And so on.)
Training Management Center takes you directly to the TMC support center: https://support.jjkeller.com/Training_Management_Center
Access Support Center Via "support.jjkeller.com"
The URL for the support center is: https://support.jjkeller.com. Upon arrival to the site, you can select the desired product for guidance pertaining to that specific product.
Searching the Support Center
The biggest tip for utilizing the search feature is to also use the Filters on the left side of the search to narrow down results to specific products' support sections. For example: Searching "password" may bring up results for Encompass, TMC, SMS, and possibly more. Using the Filters box on the left, click Location, and select the desired Product. In this case, we want to see search results for the keyword "Password", specifically for Training Management Center. Then, click on the link on the right, underneath the search results, to open an article.
Click Clear All Filters to start over.
Opening Sections & Articles
Orange-headed sections contain various articles related to that topic. Click on the orange heading to open that section and all of its associated articles. Or, simply click an article link to open that specific article.
You can also click the "three dots" at the bottom of some sections to view more articles in the list.
Once inside a section, you can see all of that topic's associated articles.
Reading an Article
Articles are laid out with pertinent information related to the article title/topic. Use the Table of Contents to jump to specific sections of the article, if desired.
Playing Videos
Some articles contain videos that walk through the topic at hand. Click the Play in the center of the video. Or, you can open the video in Youtube.
