Resetting a Learner's Password

This article provides step-by-step instructions for resetting a Learner’s password within the TMC system. Users can access the functionality either through the Learners tab by selecting Manage Learners or directly from the TMC Dashboard. Once the Learner is located via a search, clicking their name opens the Learner Profile, where the Generate Password button creates a new temporary password. The temporary password can then be shared with the Learner to restore access. This guide is intended for Administrators or Managers responsible for Learner Account Management.

 

Under the Learners tab select Manage Learners.

Alternatively, you can click Manage Learners from the TMC Dashboard.

Search for the Learner you need to reset a password for. Click the hyperlink with the Learner's name to access their Learner Profile.

Click the Generate Password button.

A new Temporary Password will be generated to provide to the Learner.
