Unlock Your TMC Account
This article provides instructions for unlocking a Training Management Center (TMC) account after it has been locked due to 5 failed password attempts. Users can select Send Verification Email, then either click the Unlock Account button in the email or enter the provided code on the site. Once the account is unlocked, users who do not remember their password can use the Forgot Password? option to reset it. Once you receive the email, you can either click the Unlock Account button OR use the code provided and enter it in the site.

You will receive a notice that your account is unlocked. If you do not remember your password, select Forgot password? and follow the on-screen prompts to reset your password.
