Training Management Center API Portal
The Training Management Center (TMC) API Portal allows customers to integrate their systems directly with TMC using secure APIs. This enables automated data exchange for managing Learners, courses, enrollments, and training results.
Accessing the API Portal
To request access, visit the TMC API Portal: https://apimanagement.jjkellertraining.com/.
From the portal, you can register for an API subscription through our API Management System (APIM). Once your request is submitted:
- Our Development team is notified and reviews your request.
- After approval, you will receive a Subscription Key.
- You will also receive the required Access Codes and Tokens needed to connect to the available API endpoints.
*These credentials allow your system to securely interact with the TMC APIs.
API Integration Responsibilities
You as the customer are responsible for setting up and managing their own API integration. This typically involves working with your internal IT team or a third-party developer. One common approach is to use a middleware application to act as a bridge between your system and TMC.
*Please note that J. J. Keller does not provide a pre-built integration or middleware application for customers.

- Add Enrollments

*Each API provides access to specific data or actions within TMC to support system-to-system integration.
Getting Started
To begin:
- Register for access using the API Portal link above.
- Coordinate with your IT team to design and implement the integration.
- Use the provided Subscription Key and Tokens to connect to the API endpoints.
